I would say that I feel very very disappointed. Things are not working well for the pds now. Our formations are no good and we don't have enough stunts. People are blaming it on each other for not taking the training seriously. People are not happy with one another.
Today I took the bus back home with them. They were discussing about the performance, and they didn't think that they had much of an interest in performing anymore with that kind of standard. They think that the ICs are not good as they keep conflicting ideas. They think the training is disorganised. Yes, indeed, I think so too. But what bothers me is that people are being unhappy with each other. They just kept on talking and talking about why our performance was like this, why it was like that, etc etc, and whose fault was it. I didn't feel like talking, so I just listened throughout the whole journey. And believe me, I heard some very hurting and disappointing comments.
Is this really what I am seeing? Is this really what I am hearing? My own squadmates are talking silently behind others' backs. A horrifying scene indeed. I did not expect that things would turn out this way. I know that if the leader's morale is low, then his people's morales will also be low, but you must always try to think of ways to improve that. Don't be unhappy with one another over these things, if one thing doesn't work out, think of another solution. Open a listening ear and hear what people have to say. Think and consider ideas before rejecting them.
It's not exactly cool to see a whole lot of backstabbing going on in a squad. It's totally unlike the values of the corps that were taught to us.
If this is the way it is going to carry on, I would rather have soo teck and joon kiat to take us for training again instead. It yields better results anyway and there won't be such discontent between us.

Can everybody just relax and calm down? We are like, having internal conflict between some of us. This should not be the way. Do not judge people by what they are doing and do not anyhow jump to conclusions. You may dislike a certain person but please remember that we are a squad and we should work together to straighten things out.
Don't sulk if you are not selected for anything or whatever. Ya, I'm referring to the LMST thing. I'm very sure the people who were chosen are coincidental, and it has nothing to do with biasness, nor do I believe that it was chosen by our ICs or any of our squadmates. Please, there is another LMST course in the later part, and it's a camp for god's sake, so don't be so unhappy if you're not chosen. And even if you don't like being left out of the LMST, you can always learn from those who have gone to the course. You don't necessarily have to be there to learn, and your squadmate will be teaching you, so isn't that easier?
Just don't be unhappy with each other and try to understand the situation before making wild accusations. We are a squad and we should be united together, instead of being separated by internal conflict or power struggles.

YES, I can do double-handed spin with the mk5!!! Without magazine of course. Super stylo sia, the rifle has got a lot of momentum and although it's heavy, many spins can be done with it.
But sadly, mr lim and mr soh are thinking of condemning the rifles. I don't think that we should condemn them coz they are of historical value and significant to npcc. I mean, they were there before we were even born! Besides, if used correctly, they can become great drill rifles. I don't think that they are a burden to us. We can keep on maintaining them. And it would do good for the future generation of cadets to have a feel of the rifles, instead of giving them dummies.
Haiz...

Today was super unlucky. We wanted to draw the mk4 and mk5s but practically every single one of our TOs were unavailable!
mr soh was out for a course, ms lim didn't come to school, ms juny was out, ms suriyanti was conducting a test, and mr lim had an afternoon lesson. OMGOOSE
And it didn't make sense for us to go ask mr yeo or mr nirav to help us open the armoury either, so today we were left with no choice but to let the sec2s use the heavy black rifles, dots...
There are not enough light rifles!!! All of them are in pitible conditions and cannot withstand much further use. All of the muzzles are broken off and some even have their butts detached. Worse, some of the converted black rifles are spilling wood all over the place and are virtually unrepairable. We are spending money to buy masking tapes to repair the rifles but they keep breaking after use. It can't go on like that!
Why why why. If only we had the money to buy new rifles. If only we had enough funds. But we don't. It's really frustrating having to use the broken rifles and turning to using the real rifles is not a long term solution. Everytime I see ncc with their new dummy mk4s, I wonder why they have the funds and we don't. I wonder where these funds come from. Are they from the HQ, or are they from the school? I don't know.
I'm seriously wondering what to do now.
