O.o today was the chess comp, and it was.... sucky.
Here is the taleThe first round not bad, we play then win four-nil, wOOt! (i won't mention the school, and im not mentioning any school's names here )
Second round we lost four-nil. :'( Horrible.
In an already very bad mood, we proceded to the third round, where i and Aaron lost, AGAIN. Aaron lost by time, i got checkmated :P Haha not funny, thank you very much for not laughing.
Fourth match i already very bo song, playing with a moody and very 'attitude' face, but then something unexpected happened, my opponent gave me a queen! A QUEEN!!! Wahaha, my spirits rocketed sky-high and i was back on form. Won that match.
But the last round was the most infuriating. I knew our team was capable of winning, the whole team knew we were capable of winning, but Nooooooooooo.... Only Qi Yuan won that round. Jia Sheng lost, and i and Aaron had a draw with our opponents that round. It was a winning game and i ended up getting stalemated!!!! Aaron miscalculated his steps. ARGH!!!!!
We were in seventh place, and guess what? Prizes were given to teams in the SIXTH place and above.

But,we will learn from the mistakes we made and we will make a better attempt at the next compeition.
